Samantha Nowlin was born and raised in Orange County, California, but life has also lead her too Grand Rapids, Mi., Chicago, Il. and now living in Denver, Co. She has earned her Certificate in Interior Design from The Interior Design Institute of Newport Beach in July 2013, and earned her Interior Design degree in December 2015. She began Simply Life Designs in 2013 with a focus on Professional Organizing. Her love for residential design and organization began in 2005 when entered into the residential real estate field. Helping to find someone a home that they would fill with life long memories became a passion of hers that she has worked diligently on. Now with interior design being added to her palette, she can not only help someone find a place to call home but also make it feel like one.

Her design preference is fresh and simple with a timeless look. She loves the use of repurposing items to bring them new life, and giving the space a more comfortable yet classic trend. Her design preference and specialty is in a traditional style, with highlighting in the preservation of each of the spaces she designs. This design is achieved with vintage antique décor, patterns, textures, neutrals and class. Her passion is to create inspiring spaces that will be filled with comfort and love.
